In applying the legislation for investment funds the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMASA) in a circular dated October 2013 regulates the publication of public funds on the internet. Based on this circular we inform you, that investment funds being published on the following pages are not approved for public distribution in Switzerland and/or are restricted to certain investor groups.
